Terms & Conditions

    Please note the following terms and conditions carefully as they explain the nature and scope of the relationship between company and a Member of the SKY program. The terms and conditions cover the limitations and exclusions on the liability of JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd and its subsidiary company (Udaipur Cement Works Ltd.) (referred as company) and its Service

    Definitions: In these terms and conditions, unless the context specifiesotherwise:

  1. SKY is a loyalty program created by JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. and its subsidiary company (Udaipur Cement Works Ltd.) to acknowledge and reward their dealers for their net purchase of company’s products
  2. Membership in the program is by invitation, and company reserves the right to withhold or cancel program membership to any person or party
  3. By accepting membership in the program, all members agree to the terms and conditions of the program
  4. Points accumulated can be redeemed towards choice of products and services from the redemption catalogue only.
  5. Mandatory fields mentioned in the member profile must be filled by the member to be eligible to gain membership to the program
  6. Enrolment:

  7. Participation in the program is voluntary.
  8. Company reserves the right to refuse membership to any applicant without assigning any reason.
  9. Points Earning:

  10. Members will start earning the points on their purchase only after they become SKY member.
  11. Members will earn points for purchase on all specified products and product categories, However, company reserves the right to exclude any category at any given time for any time period.
  12. The program is not valid on purchase of OPC (Ordinary Portland Cement).
  13. Points accumulated by a member cannot be combined with other members.
  14. The points do not constitute property of the member and are not transferable by operation of law or otherwise to any other person or entity.
  15. Each point accrued has a monetary value decided by company. The company reserves the right to change the value of points at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  16. In the event of cancellation of the program for any reason, all the points accumulated will stand forfeited.
  17. The allotment and redemption of points will be at the sole discretion of the company.
  18. Company reserves the right to withdraw any or all the memberships issued. On a membership being withdrawn, company will be responsible to the member only to the extent of the points in the credit of the member's account.
  19. The rewards will be given on the regular billing only. No points would be given on the project/ Institutional/ Non-trade purchases.
  20. The points will be given only on the billing as per the prevailing regional discounts. No points would be allocated on the billing with the discount higher than the regular regional discounts
  21. Redemption:

  22. Redemption window will open as per the company’s discretion and members will be informed in advance.
  23. The redemption of the points is subject to the clearance of outstanding overdue as per the company's policy. In case of any overdue above policy the company reserves the right to withhold the redemption.
  24. The points may be redeemed only on the products available in the rewards catalogue.
  25. The points can be redeemed by calling on the SKY Program Helpdesk no. 9650601444 or by logging on to the SKY Program App. Upon submitting a redemption request for a product of choice which is within the points earned value, which upon verification will be delivered to the registered address mentioned in the enrolment form.
  26. Process For Each Medium:

    Via SKY Helpdesk:

  27. Member can call the helpdesk to select a product / service for redemption through registered mobile number.

  29. On successful processing of the redemption request, a Confirmation SMS will be sent on member’s registered mobile no
  30. Via SKY Mobile App:

  31. The members can access the redemption catalogue hosted on the SKY mobile App. They can select a desired product from the catalogue within their point's bracket and add it to their cart.
  32. On final submission of the cart, points shall be deducted from their account towards redemption.
  33. All rewards are subject to availability and certain restrictions may apply.
  34. Member's details such as name, phone number are subject to verification at the time of redemption.
  35. Points once redeemed cannot be cancelled.
  36. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
  37. Redemption can be executed only after the member has accumulated a minimum balance of points as defined in the brochure points. The minimum balance of points can be changed at the discretion of company without giving any notice.
  38. No accumulation or redemption of points will be possible if the membership has been withdrawn or cancelled or liable to be cancelled or if there is any breach in the terms and conditions.
  39. On redemption of points, points so redeemed will auto matically be deducted from the member's accumulated points in the member's account.
  40. Company reserves the right to change or substitute a reward of a similar specification and/or value at their sole discretion.
  41. JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd. reserves the right to change the SKY Program points' value of any reward item at their sole discretion.
  42. The reward redemption is subject to the clearance of the payments of your purchases as per the company's policy.
  43. General:

  44. Members may call the Helpline number, 9650601444 between Mon to Sat, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM. For any queries regarding the program, their account balance, or redemptions from their registered mobile number.
  45. Members are personally responsible for the confidentiality of any membership identity numbers that are issued to them. Company does not accept responsibility for fraud resulting from misuse of these details.
  46. Company reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw “SKY” program, its benefits (Gifts and reward points) or any part of it without prior notice or compensation due to circumstances beyond its control. Decision of company on all matters relating to the program shall be final and binding.
  47. Recipients of rewards are personally responsible for any tax liability they may incur as a result of accepting a reward or rewards. Company would deduct the tax at source as per the government directives.
  48. Company does not accept any responsibility for any incorrect and/or incomplete communication detail provided and/or delay in receipt of communication and/or non-receipt of communication by member.
  49. Members cannot hold the company liable for any physical injury or mental trauma or monetary loss/damages on or during the course of the program/scheme or arising out of this program.
  50. Company reserves the right to use all data, material etc. received as part of this program as they may deem fit for their future promotions.
  51. All disputes will be under the jurisdiction of Delhi court.
  52. Company shall not be responsible for any charges, levies and costs incurred by the members to participate in this scheme/program.
  53. For gifts/prizes/rewards of vehicle, company shall pay ex-showroom price of vehicle only (excluding insurance cost, registration cost, and accessories cost etc.) and member has to pay the all the other costs to get the possession of vehicle.
  54. All company products are available without this program also.
  55. Reward points are offered in the name of the enrolled firm only. Points are non-transferrable between multiple partners and cannot be split between two partners (in case of a partnership firm).
  56. In case of any purchase return made to the company, the same would reflect on the final tally of points of the members (points added may be deducted later).
  57. Reward points will not be adjusted against any debts.
  58. Program members need to furnish the information in true form and any misrepresented information will result in permanent disqualification from the program.
  59. Company reserves the right to disqualify/ expel any program member in case of:
    1: Non-performance in the program
    2: Interpretation/report of any unfair trade practice during the course of the program
    3: Unethical attempt to get points
    4: Any other reason
  60. Company reserves the right to disqualify any member without assigning any reason/justification thereof to the aggrieved program member or any other person appointed by the member.
  61. Withdrawal/termination of dealership will automatically lead to termination of membership and forfeiture of all accumulated reward points.
